SERVICES.
Our job is to recommend the most cost-effective options available to assure the structural integrity of the tank, assure water quality through cleanliness of the tank, and making sure hatches are sealed.
Water System Storage Tank Inspection Surveys.
Inspection surveys will include all storage tanks within the water system and a 2-page written report with photos and generalized maintenance recommendations for each tank, including a download of all photos taken during inspection of exterior and interior surfaces. This is a low-cost option for water systems to determine condition and cleanliness of water system storage tanks to prioritize and schedule cleaning and maintenance activities based on current findings.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control Tank Inspection Programs.
Designed to satisfy all state inspection and reporting requirements, furnish general conditions and technical specifications on major tank renovation &/or repair projects, provide periodic wash-out and disinfection to assure water quality and cleanliness, installation of high security padlocks to provide security, replacement of worn &/or damaged bird and insect screening for water quality. The cost is based on low monthly payments that can be paid quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
Tank Inspection with Report
of Inspector.
Inspection in accordance with AWWA Standards to satisfy 5-year Tank Inspection Requirement established by TDEC, Division of Water Supply.
Full-Time Work-in-Progress Residential Inspection.
Plus documentation of contractors' work completed assuring compliance with approved specifications and industry standards. (Discount is given for WIP Inspection with an established QA/QC TIP).
The Critical Phase
Inspection.
The Critical Phase Inspection includes part-time visual inspection completed at critical phases.
General Conditions + Technical Specifications.
Major cleaning, coating, and/or repair projects. (Included in an established QA/QC TIP).
Training of Water System Personnel.
Training on water tank inspection procedures, documentation and reporting requirements, and tank maintenance procedures. (Included in an established QA/QC TIP).
